I would give Michele 6 stars if that was an option! My wife and I both sold our home and purchased a new one with Michele. We are strongly recommending Michele and continue to read on to find out why. She walked us through every step of the way along with the timing. This included her paying to have a stager come in, had the house cleaned as well as a final "shine" right before pictures. The pics looked so good I couldn't believe we actually lived in such a nice home. The whole goal was to sell the house for the highest price in the shortest time frame. Michele worked so hard for us with the open houses and timely responses that we actually started to feel a little guilty. She did a wonderful job in getting this house under contract. Now for the buying experience. We found our dream home. Here is the thing, our dream home was other buyers dream home. We were at a big disadvantage that we were contingent buyers facing cash and non-contingent competition. That's a problem when finding yourself in a multi-bid situation like we were in. She did a wonderful job putting us in the right position to get under contract. Here is the thing with Michele, she takes it personal and she cares deeply. You will always feel like she has your best interest at heart because she does.
